Thank you for shopping with SockBlock. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times to addresses within the United States are 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Please note that the times above are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing for international orders, or high-volume shipping periods such as major sales events and the holiday season.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. The total cost of shipping will be displayed before you complete your purchase. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be applied automatically when eligible.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to your location at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be included in your shipment confirmation email. You can use this link at any time to view the current status of your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@sockblock.com and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping fees, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@sockblock.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@sockblock.com. Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of any damage to the packaging or product. We will work with the carrier and with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — for example due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the point of delivery — we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.
